We never charge for repairs we can’t complete, and we’ll guide you on the next steps, whether that’s ordering parts, recommending a replacement, or scheduling a follow-up visit.

Yes! We repair fully integrated machines, but the appliance must be accessible for our engineer. If it is difficult to access, or if attempting to reach it could damage your property, the engineer may not be able to carry out the repair.
