1.Which brands do you service?

We cover most major appliance brands, including Bosch, Siemens, Neff, AEG, Electrolux, Zanussi, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Beko, Hoover, Indesit, Candy, Miele, Smeg, Sharp, Lamona, Hisense, Haier, Kenwood, Dyson, and many more.

2. What if the engineer cannot fix my appliance?

If our engineer is unable to fix your appliance, we’ll explain the issue clearly and offer the most practical solution. You will only pay the diagnostic / call-out fee of £45 + VAT, and there are no hidden charges. We never charge for repairs we can’t complete, and we’ll guide you on the next steps, whether that’s ordering parts, recommending a replacement, or scheduling a follow-up visit.

3. Which postcodes do you cover?

We provide prompt local service across East London and Essex, covering all E, RM, IG, SS, and CM postcodes.

4. Do you offer eco-friendly repairs?

Yes! At Eco Repairs, we extend the life of your appliances with environmentally responsible repairs. By fixing rather than replacing, we reduce waste, save resources, and help you keep your home running efficiently good for both your wallet and the planet. Plus, with every repair we complete, we plant one tree globally to support reforestation and a greener future.

5. What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers, and all major debit or credit cards. Our engineers carry a card machine, so you can pay securely on the spot for your convenience.

6. Do you work on weekends and bank holidays?

Yes! Our engineers are available on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays, and the pricing stays the same as normal.

7. Do you repair fully integrated appliances?

Yes! We repair fully integrated machines, but the appliance must be accessible for our engineer. If it is difficult to access, or if attempting to reach it could damage your property, the engineer may not be able to carry out the repair.
We recommend checking your appliance beforehand and making it accessible to ensure a smooth and safe repair.
